The manufacturer misrepresents this product. I purchased this machine to clean my area rugs. It only places steam on them. It doesn’t remove the dirt. The carpet pad hardly touches the carpet because the carpet slide attachment you have to use prevents contact. Hence, you get a dirty steamy carpet. It does a good job on bare floors, but so do much cheaper models. I only bought this model for it’s ability to clean carpet. What a rip-off!

Sturdier than other brands I tried. The front spray of steam seems to shoot too high. The carpet caddy is difficult to use with the pads. It does work fairly well on lightly soiled floors. Better than most.

I was very excited to get my steam mop after reading the reviews. It’s easy to use (although it takes longer than 5 minutes to heat up), easy to clean up after. And my floors were clean. But I don’t think my floors were any cleaner with the steam mop than when I use a regular mop and bucket. I was hoping the attachment for rugs (area rugs in my case) worked. It does not do much. Overall, I wish I’d saved my money.

We have had this steamer for about six months and it worked great until the arm broke at the mid yoke … its a very cheap and fragile plastic that screws and tightens the arm. I am still looking for a repair shop or spare parts.

May have to try another steamer if I can’t fix it.

I have very old Saltillo tile in my house and NOTHING cleaned it! I did my research and found this little gem. It really works great on my tile. I have grandkids and pets and I use this 3 to 4 times a week with excellent results. I do wish the mop head was angled to get behind the toilet but other than that I would say it’s a good buy!
